Print Prices
Our prints begin at 8x10 sizes. If you find that you need something smaller please let us know and we can give you a custom quote. All prints larger than 8x10 come mounted and with a protective coating. Also any prints purchased 11x14 and larger come with a complementary digital image of the file. If you would prefer to purchase all the digital images with printing rights, you may do so at $250. The images come on a dvd disc with a beautifully printed disc case and print release.

Session Fee - $250
What’s included? - 1-2 Hour Session, 25+ Finished Images, 30 Day Online Gallery
At this time we do not currently offer digital images in your session fee.
Our Session Fee includes our time photographing your session, processing and editing your images. Our sessions generally run between 1-2 hours and produces 25 or more finished images fully retouched. Also included is a password-protected 30 day online gallery for viewing and ordering your images. Session fees must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Sessions will not be booked without a prepaid fee. All sessions must be booked 7 days in advance. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. With proper notice we can reschedule you as time allows. Session fees are non-refundable- they can be however, transferred to another date. Our goal is to create beautiful artwork that portrays who you are as an individual. Because our work is so diversely unique, no artwork is returnable. If you find that your images have not met your expectations, we will do everything possible to satisfy you, but those issues must be brought to our attention before the images leave our studio. No refunds will be given to images that have left the studio. We do offer Image Discs but they are not included in your session and are in fact an a la carte option. We understand that in this day and age that is somewhat unheard of but we feel that images should be displayed on your walls and not in a drawer somewhere. We will work with you to make sure you are able to purchase every image you desire.
Model Release
We require a Model Release for every session, no exceptions. This is for your protection as well as ours. The internet can be a very scary place at times and this form just gives us a little added comfort that we are doing everything we can to protect you and your loved ones as well as ourselves. With predators around every corner, safety is our first concern. By filling out this form you agree to allow us to post images from your session on Social Media and also any marketing and advertising purposes.
Viewing & Ordering
All galleries will be active for 30 days. In the unlikely event that you need to reinstate your gallery there will be a convenience fee of $35 that will be assessed. Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. We strive to return them to you quickly, however during high volume times of the year we can be pushed to the outer limits of our delivery times. Payment plans are available; please ask us how we can help you get all the images you want. Only orders that are paid for in full will be allowed to leave the studio. We happily accept all major credit and debit cards and (of course) cash. Sadly, at this time we are unable to accept personal checks with the exception of Wedding Photography.
Personal Cameras
We do NOT allow outside camera/video to be brought to any session. You hire us to do our job and we ask that you respect our policies. We ask that you keep all cellular devices in your bag or purse during a session.
Reshoots
We will always do our very best to capture your portraits. We cannot control getting that perfect expression, look or pose. We will NOT offer a reshoot for those reasons. We WILL offer a reshoot for any equipment or technical failure.
The Difference Between Copyright & Print Release
Many people are often confused as to the difference between these two things. Copyright is what we (the photographers) own. As soon as we press the shutter button on our cameras we own the copyright to that image. Any photographer that claims to sell you the copyright of an image unless its for commercial purposes is misinformed. Photographers never sell the copyright to their images unless its a work for hire type of situation.
When you purchase digital images from us, you purchase a Print Release. This allows you to print the images from your session as many times as you like and in any size. It does not however give you creative license to edit the image or to use it in any commercial form without express permission from us. We work hard to create for you beautiful imagery which we hope you will enjoy for years to come and ask that you respect us as artists. We love for you to share images via facebook and other social media but only ask that you tag us in the images or albums and use the websized images with our watermark that have been provided for you when you purchased the digital images from your session.
