Miss Sunshine Marie // Senior Session
“What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. These are but trifles to be sure but scattered along life’s pathway, the good they do is inconceivable.
”
We have been planning Sunshine's senior session for quite a while now but the weather and I have not been friends as of late. It seemed like every time we would plan a date for pictures, we would get rained out with severe thunderstorms and lightening. --> Not a fan of being outside during those.
We knew the deadline for graduation was coming up soon so we took a chance on Tuesday and as it turns out, we had BEAUTIFUL weather!
We drive out to her grandmother's farm in Mebane that has a GORGEOUS old barn on the property. Thankfully we didn't run into any snakes, which for me is a big deal. I am forever trekking through the weeds to get those awesome shots (as most photographers do) and am constantly on the lookout for those slithering critters. This time however, I brought Brian's rain boots.
One thing I love about Sunshine are her brown eyes. They are so expressive and clear, full of innocence. Also her freckles are adorable. She is a beautiful girl, inside and out and we are privileged to know her.
I love this image. Even though she's 18 I can still see the little girl in her.
Here's a little peek at her gallery. We can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for Sunshine as she graduates high school and moves forward into her future.
